The role

We're looking for a Co-Founder & CTO, who leads our technology strategy, product development, and engineering activities. You are responsible for architecture and scaling our platform, building a strong tech team, and ensuring a secure, scalable, and innovative technology infrastructure.

As a co-founder, you are a central part of strategic decisions, raising capital and shaping the future of the company together with the CEO.

main tasks

Technology vision & strategy: Development and implementation of Manor's technical roadmap in line with corporate goals.
Platform development: Managing the architecture and developing a secure, AI-powered and scalable property management platform.
AI & automation: Development and integration of AI-based solutions for Identity verification, credit checks, document processing, and personalized tenant experiences.
Infrastructure & security: Ensuring a robust and compliant cloud infrastructure.
Team building & leadership: Recruiting, managing and motivating a high-performing engineering team.
Product innovation: Working closely with the CEO to develop and introduce new features to increase growth and user loyalty.
Capital raising & investor relations: Support in raising capital by communicating the technical vision to investors and stakeholders.
Scalability & Performance: Implement best practices for high availability, reliability, and platform security.

Your profile

Proven experience than CTO, VP of Engineering, or Lead Engineer in a fast-growing start-up, ideally in the areas of fintech, proptech or SaaS.
Strong background in Software development, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered applications.
Expertise in Python, modern web frameworks, APIs, and cloud technologies.
Practical experience with AI/ML solutions, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and data-driven decisions.
Profound knowledge of Security, compliance, and privacy standards for handling sensitive customer data.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating products that solve real problems.
Previous experience with Raising capital, pitching investors and scaling startups is a huge plus.
