Welcome to Manor! These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of our services, including our website and mobile applications (collectively referred to as “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts and services between Manor and users (“you” or “user”), including landlords, tenants, and other parties using the services.

2. Subject matter of the contract

Manor provides a digital platform for property management and rental processes, including but not limited to:

1. Management of rental properties.
2. Transmission of rent payments.
3. Assistance with rental contracts and credit checks.
4. Provide tenants with a reward system.

3. Requirements for use

a. Minimum requirements

To use the Services, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age.
2. Create a user account and provide accurate and complete information.

b. Responsibilities of the user

The user is responsible for:
‍
1. The confidentiality of his login details.
2. Compliance with these terms and conditions.

4. Registration and account usage

a. Registration

You must create a user account to fully use the Services. In doing so, you are committed to providing up-to-date and truthful information.

b. Suspension and termination

Manor reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts if:
‍
1. There is a violation of these terms and conditions.
2. Untrue or incomplete information was provided.

5. Rent payments and fees

a. Rent payments

1. Rent payments via the platform are made by external payment service providers.
2. Manor is not responsible for delays caused by banks or external factors.

b. Servicegebühren

Manor kann für bestimmte Dienstleistungen Gebühren erheben, die vor der Nutzung klar ausgewiesen werden.

6. Rewards program (Manor Rewards)

a. Acquisition of points

1. Users earn Manor Reward Points through timely rent payments and other qualifying activities.
2. Points are not transferable and have no fixed cash value.

b. Redeeming points

Rewards and redemption options are subject to availability and are subject to change without notice.

c. Modification of the program

Manor reserves the right to change or discontinue the rewards program at any time.

7. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Liability

a. Disclaimer

Manor is not responsible for:
‍
1. Indirect or sequential damage arising from the use of the services.
2. Losses of data or revenue.

b. Liability limitation

Manor's liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. In the event of a slight negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage.

9. Intellectual property

All content and materials provided by Manor, including texts, graphics, and software, are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced or distributed without Manor's prior written consent.

10. Vertragslaufzeit und Kündigung

a. Vetragslaufzeit

Alle Inhalte und Materialien, die durch Manor bereitgestellt werden, einschließlich Texte, Grafiken und Software, sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. Sie dürfen ohne vorherige schriftliche Zustimmung von Manor nicht vervielfältigt oder verbreitet werden.

b. Kündigung

Beide Parteien können den Vertrag mit einer Frist von 3 Monaten kündigen.

11. Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtstand

Diese AGB unterliegen dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Gerichtsstand für alle Streitigkeiten ist [Einfügen Gerichtsstand], sofern gesetzlich zulässig.

12. Änderungen der AGB

Manor behält sich das Recht vor, diese AGB zu ändern. Änderungen werden dem Nutzer mindestens 30 Tage vor Inkrafttreten mitgeteilt. Die weitere Nutzung der Dienste nach der Änderung gilt als Zustimmung zu den neuen AGB.
